How long will the refund take?
In case we’ve not shipped the order, we will process the refund on the same business day and should get credited in your account within a 7 to 10 business days. In case of returned order you will get your refund within a 7 to 10 business days of us receiving the product back, provided the product is not damaged, not used and returned with original product box.
However if choose M.H. IMPEX Credit instead of refund back to your card/bank account, it will start reflecting in your account within 24 hours and you can use the amount to place another order.
